These terms of use apply to the Cinava app (package name com.cinava.video, hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by [COMPANY_NAME] (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") with free functionality and optional paid features.
By installing or using Cinava, you agree to these Terms of Use to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the Application. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. You may not reverse engineer or create derivative versions except where applicable law or a relevant open-source license permits this. The Application and Cinava branding belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses. You retain your rights in your own media.
Cinava is a high-performance video player for Android devices. The Application supports local or compatible network media, subtitle controls, hardware decoding where available, and casting to supported displays. Format, resolution, decoding, and casting compatibility depend on your device, content, network, and the installed version. The Application does not include any pre-loaded video library and does not act as a content distribution platform.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Application. If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Application and agree to these terms on your behalf.
You agree that you will not use the Application to:
The Service Provider does not pre-screen, monitor, or control the video files or network streams that you choose to play through the Application. You bear sole and exclusive responsibility for the content you access.
The Application may allow you to play video files from third-party sources (including local files, cloud storage providers, and network streams). The Service Provider makes no representation or warranty regarding the legality, accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of any third-party content. Reference to or playback of any third-party content does not constitute endorsement by the Service Provider.
Certain features of the Application may be offered as part of a paid subscription (the "Premium Tier"). For purchases made through Google Play, Google processes payments under its billing terms. The purchase screen shows the price, billing period, trial terms if any, and renewal conditions before you confirm. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until you cancel renewal through the Google Play account used for the purchase, before the next renewal. Uninstalling Cinava does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation generally leaves access available for the paid period; any payment-plan obligations depend on the plan you purchased. Refund eligibility follows the applicable Google Play refund policy and mandatory consumer rights. The Service Provider may modify subscription pricing or features with reasonable advance notice.

The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or to change pricing of their paid features at any time and for any reason. Any charges will be clearly communicated to you in advance.
The Service Provider may wish to update the Application at some point. The Application is currently available as per the requirements for the operating system. Operating system requirements may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the Application so that it is relevant to you and/or compatible with the particular operating system version installed on your device.
The Service Provider may also wish to cease providing the Application and may discontinue the service with notice where required, and subject to applicable obligations relating to paid access. Unless they inform you otherwise, upon any termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the Application, and (if necessary) delete it from your device.
Information handling is explained in our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your device to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your device's security features, and may affect compatibility or integrity checks.
Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance.
If you are using the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage during the connection to the Application, or other third-party charges. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the Application outside of your home territory without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the Application, they assume that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
Similarly, the Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for your usage of the Application. For instance, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. The Service Provider does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Service Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Application or in any content you play through the Application; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes statutory guarantees and remedies that apply to you.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the Service Provider is established, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available in your country or region.
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms of Use. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice where required. Any new charges require the applicable purchase confirmation; changes do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
